DELIVERIES
When you are checking out in the shopping cart, the following will be displayed: shipping areas, available delivery methods, as well as delivery times and costs.
For home deliveries, you will receive a delivery confirmation email (sent as soon as your purchase leaves our warehouse).
You can be contacted by the carrier, by sms or email to be informed of the delivery of the order.
RETURNS
You have 15 days from the date of receipt of the order to make the return.
Returns must be requested via the website, in your reserved area or using the link you received when placing the order.
Only items in perfect condition will be returned.
The delivery of the product will be borne by the customer and the address to ship the goods will be sent in the return authorization.
Upon receipt of the return, you can choose to receive the amount of your return or in a Voucher that will be processed automatically and will be available in the reserved area, or the amount paid will be returned using the same method you used to make the payment. If you have used the Multibanco reference, you will have to indicate the IBAN to process the return of the amount.
